A Good Friday Forecast Ahead of Saturday Showers
A clear and cool start to the day, but with plenty of sunshine on tap, our temperatures will rebound nicely today.
SUNRISE: 7:20 AM
Mostly sunny and seasonal temperatures today. Less breezy as well. Highs climb into the mid-50s.
SUNSET: 7:56 PM
Widespread showers arrive Saturday morning before daybreak. Some rumbles of thunder will be possible. Most of this will push out just after the lunch hour, but there is a chance for our northern counties to get a second wave of showers mid-afternoon. Highs will be back in the 50s.
We dry out on Easter Sunday. We will wake up in the 30s on Sunday with highs around 50 under mostly cloudy skies. Rain returns early next week. We could get a wave Monday morning with another wave late Monday lingering into Tuesday while temperatures settle near seasonal averages. I can't rule out rain changing to a rain/snow mix late Tuesday into Wednesday.
